The story so far
Robert is an award-winning cinematographer and Director of Photography based in Sydney, Australia. His film Ground received Best Cinematography at the Sony Catchlight Film Festival 2024.
He holds a degree in Interactive Media from the Academy of Information Technology, where he collaborated with fellow creatives to produce, shoot and bring stories to life on screen.
Robert works across narrative and commercial productions, collaborating with directors, producers and creative teams to shape light, movement and visual tone around the needs of each story.
His video editing and post-production experience supports that camera-first practice, carrying story, rhythm and visual continuity through selected projects.
His approach balances considered preparation with adaptability on set, creating images that feel purposeful without losing their human detail.
When he is not behind the camera, you will find him planning his next adventure or drawing inspiration from his favourite films.
